How do I log-in to the portal?

If you've worked with us before (using Shiftboard), an account has been created for you using the same email you used for the old portal. You should have received an email with the password you can use to log in, but if you're having a hard time locating it, just use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the prompts to reset your password.

We have listened to your feedback regarding the current portal, Shiftboard, and we are excited to introduce a solution that addresses many of the issues you've raised while also providing exciting new features to make your scheduling process more efficient and user-friendly.

Our new portal comes with a host of features designed to make your scheduling experience smoother and more convenient:

  • View Shift Pay Rates: You'll now have visibility into shift pay rates directly through the portal.
  • Enter General Availability: You can enter your general availability, allowing us to identify suitable shifts for you earlier.
  • Flag DNR Facilities: If there are certain facilities you no longer wish to return to, you can flag them as "Do Not Return" for future scheduling considerations.
  • Automated Confirmation: Upon booking a shift, you will be automatically confirmed, eliminating the need for manual confirmation processes.
  • Client Communication Handling: We will handle all client communication on your behalf, including cancellations and rescheduling, to ensure a seamless experience. Just give us a call, and we will handle it from there.
  • Credential Expiry Notifications: Receive timely notifications regarding expiring credentials, allowing you to stay on top of recertification without any lapse in work opportunities.

    We are particularly excited to share that this software has been successfully utilized for years by our sister company and has received positive feedback for its convenience and effectiveness.
