**To be eligible for the bonus:
(i) You must be a registered Rove Staffing employee at the time that you refer your friend to us.
(ii) The friend that you refer to us must be new to us – that
is, to be eligible, your friend can’t already be registered with us, can’t already have applied with us, or already have been referred to us by anyone else.
(iii) In a case of "reciprocal referring" (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, and split between the referrers.
(iv) To earn a referral bonus, referrals can be
submitted by using our online form. The friend that you refer to us must be told of the details of the referral and must enter your name into the “Referred By” section on their application. The name and contact information for both you and your referral, need to be included on the application or referral form. No exceptions.
(v) The friend that you refer to us must complete full assignment of successful work employment within 120 days for you to be eligible for the bonus. A full assignment requires compliance with all contract requirements, completion of the assignment length specified at the time of booking, including a minimum of 288 hours worked over an 8-week period.
(vi) For per diem, the friend that you refer to us must complete 144 hours of successful work employment within an 8-week period for you to be eligible for the bonus. A per diem assignment requires compliance with the completion of the work with minimum of 144 hours in an 8 week period and the payout is 1/2 of the original bonuses.
(vii) This referral bonus only applies for friend referrals made to us on or after May 6, 2021.
(viii) Bonuses are processed and paid approximately 30 days after the completion of the full 8-week assignment or 288 hours worked over an 8-week period through Rove Staffing’s payroll system.
(viiii) All taxes, e.g. federal, state and local, are your sole responsibility, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be required to provide your social security number for tax reporting purposes. The value of the bonus will be reported on the applicable IRS form (W-2 or 1099).
